With a wealth of experience and contacts Dan started first choice in 2001, Dan has a passion for high quality products and providing a top notch service. In his spare time you’ll find him beekeeping, gardening or on the golf course.

I’m all about adventure and chasing a good thrill, whether it’s jumping out of planes, hitting the trails on my mountain bike, or soaking up the atmosphere at a Formula One race weekend. Travel is a big passion of mine, and I love exploring new places while sampling good local food and wine.

I’m passionate about exploration and new experiences—whether it’s the thrill of Formula One, the calm of paddle boarding, or the creativity of gaming. I love connecting with nature through camping in my Tent Box, while also exploring farms and discovering unique fruits and vegetables that celebrate the journey from field to table.

I’m someone who enjoys the finer things in life, from exploring good wines to cheering on my favorite football team. A joker at heart, I love making people laugh and creating memorable moments with my family. When I’m not sharing laughs or relaxing with loved ones, you’ll probably find me listening to rock music and unwinding with a glass of wine in hand. I also take pride in my work, I like organisation and structure.

Formerly a Michelin Star chef, these days I’m more about eating the food than cooking it. I love good wine, great company and any excuse to be skiing in the mountains. Weekends are usually spent with family, ideally around a table full of something delicious. Life’s too short for bad meals or boring restaurants.

As an Operational Manager Night, I make sure everything runs smoothly while most people are fast asleep — proving that great catering never sleeps. Outside of work, you’ll find me on the volleyball court, enjoying time with my family, exploring healthy food options, foraging for wild mushrooms or behind the wheel of a car.
