Dan’s supplied London’s finest restaurants since 1994 before founding First Choice in 2001. His aim is for all our customers to be happy using us. No matter how big or small, they all get the same treatment.

Ron’s worked on both sides of the pass at 5-star hotels and Michelin star restaurants, attaining a star of his own at Cliveden House. His experience enhances what we’re all about: passion, quality and service.

Dan’s in love with anything to do with fresh produce. He loves what he does and has made loads of friends along the way. He’s been at it long enough for our customers to know that when they contact him, it will get sorted.

Chloe’s all consuming passion is produce; from how it’s grown to how it’s served. She believes that customer care is imperative, communication is key, and, above and beyond anything else, passion ignites passion.
