Marsh Pig

Located in the Norfolk town of Norwich, Marsh Pig Charcuterie supplies award-winning free-range pork and beef products. While many charcuterie producers are satisfied with fat contents of between 40 and 60% in their products, Marsh Pig’s salami and chorizo only contains 15% fat. The difference? It’s tastier, has a better texture and is much more satisfying to eat.

The company’s pursuit of perfection doesn’t end there: it makes each batch of its salami by hand, ensuring that close attention is paid to the quality of the product throughout the process.
