Description
Gravadlax, or gravlax if you prefer, is marinated rather than smoked. It is a traditional Scandinavian approach to preserving fish. Our supplier uses Grade One Scottish salmon and applies the cure by hand. The Russian Cure is subtly flavoured whilst wildly coloured with beetroot.
Ingredients: Fresh Scottish Salmon (FISH), Salt, Sugar, Beetroot.
Cooking Instructions: Ready to serve.
Shelf life: Keep refrigerated. Min 14 days, unopened. Suitable for freezing for 3 months.

As a fan of smoked salmon and never having tried Beetroot Cured Salmon, I was curious. I have just had this delicious salmon with a shake of pepper and a squeeze of lemon. Oh my goodness, it was good. Not sugary and no overwhelming aroma, delicate and really tasty. Package to make it easy to separate the slices Can’t wait until tomorrow to have some more.
