The Artisan Bolognese Sauce is made following the traditional and simple authentic Italian recipe.

Typical of the city of Bologna, Bolognese sauce is a meat-based sauce usually pared with Tagliatelle and used to prepare lasagne alla Bolognese.

However, it makes a great match with any pasta.

Chefs slowly braise the beef with vegetables and then add tomato passata and herbs.
