This gelato is made with roasted Bronte pistachios from the foothills of Mount Etna and it’s our only gelato to have been awarded three Great Taste stars. It’s velvety smooth and proper cremoso and all the greatness of eating pistachios
Fresh milk, sugar, Bronte pistachios 8%, dextrose, skim milk powder, fresh double cream, glucose, stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), natural colouring (chlorophyll), Maldon sea salt.
