Description
This recipe is made by rippling homemade strawberry jam into a Cornish clotted cream gelato. It’s very British and molto Italiano and it’s the food equivalent of Vivaldi having afternoon tea with Her Majesty on the lawn of Buckingham Palace.
INGREDIENTS:
Fresh milk, strawberries 10%, fresh clotted cream 9%, sugar, dextrose, fresh double cream, strawberry jam 6% (whole strawberries, sugar, glucose, freshly squeezed lemon juice), maltodextrin, skim milk powder, stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), sea salt.
