      This is a book so well thought out. Well written as if he is talking face to face with you. Funny entertaining comments give it a lift. It is advice we all really know. But here it is so much more – he is knowledgeable, he has experience and this book is so well written and explained it makes you want to reconsider what you eat and that is to eat healthily.
