Raw fresh pork sausage with Fennel & Chilli, filled in a natural hog casing. Made from British Free-Range Pork. This is a classic ‘Italian Style’ sausage that’s delicious in a casserole.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
For best results grill from fresh for 16-18 mins on a medium heat. Turn occasionally.
Check product is piping hot before serving.
