Greenwich Rye with distinct rye sourdough aroma and made from fermented rye sourdough. It has an amazing crust from a dark, chewy crumb. The touch of honey in the recipe makes this Scandinavian style loaf perfect on its own, or great with sweet and savoury toppings.

Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, until ready for display or use.
