If you are thinking Morecambe Bay Potted shrimp – this is NOT it. These are buttered shrimps and a different variety to the small brown shrimp typically used in potted shrimps. Plumper and sweeter, ours are encased in clarified butter infused with lemon balm and spring onion. They won a gold medal winner at the Great Taste Awards. Serve at room temperature so the butter seeps into your bread or toast. Our luxury buttered shrimps are both presented in re-usable kilner jars.
