Goat’s milk cheese. This is a raw milk goat’s cheese made using natural rennet matured for around 2 months & washed in Somerset cider brandy. Katherine is firmer in texture than its cousin Rachel with more complex savoury flavours. Made with raw milk & animal rennet.
