Description
These exquisite seeds come from the ancient white flowered caraway, that grow in the luxurious oasis of Fayoum in central Egypt. They are labeled “king” caraway due to the plumpness of the seeds and boldness of their flavour.
A pot full of sweet, herbal, and bold caraway seeds. A curiously complex flavour that is unique yet moreish.
Add to: Rye bread, picked stews, pairs with cumin, coriander and fennel.
