Our Leg of Lamb makes a wonderful roast and is perfect for roasting quickly and serving rare or slow-roasting until the meat begins to fall off the bone. We recommend the long leg if you’re serving 4 – 8 people, while a half leg is perfect for up to 3 people. This delicious meat makes for a lovely Sunday roast with potatoes, seasonal vegetables and wine.
