Harry Forman, our supplier’s founder, devised the famous London Cure and when applied to Grade One Scottish farmed salmon it is deliberately subtle so you can taste the wondrous, melt-in-the-mouth flesh. We only use rock salt and oak smoke, nothing else. Perfection.
Ingredients: Farmed Scottish Salmon (FISH), Rock Salt, Oak Smoke.
Cooking Instructions: Ready to serve.
Shelf life: Keep refrigerated. Min 14 days, unopened. Suitable for freezing for 3 months.
