1 Star 2020 Great Taste Awards for the Vegan Mushroom and Chestnut with Truffle Oil Pie.
Ingredients: flour (WHEAT), chestnut mushrooms (25%), chestnuts (NUTS), walnuts (NUTS), sweet potato, vegetable fat, oat milk (10%), truffle oil, cornflower, garlic, salt, black pepper. [minimum weight 240g]
TO HEAT: From chilled 190°C 22min, or from frozen 180°C 40min.
Always ensure filling is piping hot before serving.
STORAGE: Keep refrigerated or freeze for up to six months

Probably one of the best pies I have ever tasted. I kid you not. The flavour of the mushroom with the truffle coming through – its literally something I could eat every day. Honestly best pie I have ever had.
