Pancetta is traditionally an Italian bacon made of pork belly meat, ours is of course free range British Pork Belly, We have pimped this up to the max and it is now a meaty bejewelled flavoursome porky treat to add it to your casserole, pasta dish, frittata, salad for an off-the-charts taste sensation.
