Wild rabbit has a delicate flavour with tender meat that falls off the bone. With darker coloured meat and less fat than the farmed varieties, wild rabbit is a premium choice that’s not available in the supermarket. We recommend pairing with winter vegetables in a casserole or stew, or cooking up a delicious roast.
Please note that due to the reduction in shoots during lockdown some wild rabbit orders may be frozen rather than fresh.

so delicious I am so happy you sell rabbit. it was always a struggle to get from butchers etc – so great to find someone to get a good quality rabbit also. Your veg also is amazing, especially the large box, I got so much in it!
