Sea Leeks 200g
One of our favourite foraged products and found on many top restaurants menus.
Essentially this is a leek but hold a strong garlic flavour very similar to elephant garlic and can be used as simply as any other leek and we know you won’t be sorry as they are something very special and packed full of flavour.
It is thought to have been introduced to Britain, and is fairly uncommon so should only be picked if a large patch is found. It likes sandy or stony seaside locations, often on old field boundaries, hedges or ditches, in South West England and Wales.
