Description
Thinly sliced smoked tuna carpaccio, hand-sliced by our artisans, is a real gourmet treat. It is pole-and-line-caught yellowfin tuna that is cold smoked and air-dried in our kilns so you can really taste the fish. Serve as shown with a drizzle of good olive oil, shallots and capers.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.

Really good, we had ours served with a drizzle of olive oil and some coriander that I roughly chopped. So delicious and fresh… just was missing the wine! great excuse to buy again I’d say!
