Delicious live blue Cornish rope grown mussels are highly sustainable. Grown offshore, these rope grown mussels enjoy a plentiful supply of deep, clear, clean water off the Cornish coast to help them grow quicker and larger than their bed grown counterparts.
Fresh Mussels are a great source of important vitamins. Their levels of iron and folic acid is comparable to that of red meat. Mussels are also a rich source of zinc.
