Wigmore is semi-soft cheese made from unpasteurised ewe’s milk with a vegetarian rennet. It has a complex and fruity richness with a delicate texture. It’s traditional a hand-made washed curd cheese, a method of cheese-making used widely across Europe. Great Paired with our fresh figs!
