Can I choose my delivery day and time?

Your delivery day and time depends on where you live. All of our routes are carefully planned to ensure we have as few vans on the road as possible to minimise carbon emissions.

Our drivers begin from 4 am but won’t knock until 8:30 am unless you tell us to within your delivery notes.

On the day of delivery, we’ll send you a text update to let you know your order is on its way.

 

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you don’t. We’ll send you regular updates on when to expect your order, but if you’re not in we’ll simply place your order in a safe space (or where instructed to in your order notes.)

 

How does my delivery stay fresh?

All our food is delivered in a refrigerated van in protective packaging to keep it at the right temperature. Our produce is packed in recyclable materials and biodegradable plastic where needed (such as meat produces). We aim to deliver all our orders within 1-2 business days meaning your food will always arrive super fresh.

 

Can I send deliveries as a gift?

Absolutely! We provide an optional message at checkout so you can send a delivery to a lucky friend, family member or colleague.
