This sorbetto is made with Alphonso mangoes from India and a dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice. It’s velvety and fresco and like burying your face in a bowl of fresh mango, only colder.

Water, Alphonso mangoes 37%, sugar, dextrose, glucose, stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum, xantham gum), freshly squeezed lemon juice.
