50g of peeled cloves of black garlic. This product is completely unique, and nothing like regular garlic.
It has an unbelievable sweet yet savoury taste with the texture of soft liquorish and dried apricots, the deep flavour of aged balsamic, black cardamom, leather, smoke and tamarind.
These black garlic products rightly won a British Great Taste Award.

This product is so good for a couple of reasons – 1 because the taste, but 2 – because its already peeled and it lasts for so long not like normal peeled garlic – AND last of all they are British – so many reasons to use this!!
