Homemade brandy sauce made with milk, cognac and cream, essential for Christmas pudding and jolly nice on warmed mince pies. Chefs take great pride in getting the consistency as smooth as silk. Bourbon vanilla seeds are also used straight from the pod, as with our Crème Anglaise.
