Highest quality dried morels harvested in late spring & early summer.

Once rehydrated you can sautee them into butter to bring out the naturally rich, earthy flavours.

Soak in Luke warm water then use the flavoursome earthy stock to improve stocks, gravies, sauces even adding once reduced a little rich cream and mix with pasta or a classic morel cream sauce to serve with white meats or grilled red meats.

Great to use with vegetarian dishes in stir fries, stews, casseroles, lasagnes etc.
