   Very rich in flavour, gamey as I love it. Can’t get this quality and taste in the supermarkets. I made some sauce with your wild mushrooms, what a meal.

   Loved these sausages.
   i simply grilled them for the weekend dinner with some heritage carrots and also made mash with their belle de fontenay potatoes polished off with some truffle, parmesan and black pepper butter.
   absolutely delicious!
