Our BoTree White Pipali Pearls are a little piece of seasoning excellence. Sourced from Cambodia, pipali pearls are the tiny seeds found inside the red Kampot long pepper. Carefully removed and sun-dried, pipali gives you a wonderful taste of warm, peppery, spicy sweetness with bursts of aniseed, ginger, nutmeg, and tropical fruit flavours.

White Pipali Pearls can be sprinkled into your favourite curry, or Asian-inspired soup for an aromatic, enhanced flavour.
