This corpulent sauce is slow cooked for over six hours in red wine reduction to gently extract the flavours of the rich 100% British Beef.
The base Soffritto (carrots, onions and celery) provides the balance of sweetness and sharpness that gives this ragu the homey feeling that we all enjoy over a piping hot bowl of Tagliatelle or Pappardelle.
