These are great. Fantastic finger food for a buffet lunch or stylish cocktail party. The best Scottish salmon coated in fresh breadcrumbs and pre-fried so all you have to do is re-heat. We even supply the mayo and the charred lemons!
1 packet is 500g, which equates to 8-10 fish fingers.
Serves 3-5
Cooking instructions
Place on an oiled baking sheet in a 200C oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve with the caper & lemon mayonnaise provided.

I have never had salmon fish fingers – they are so much better than the normal cod ones. I will buying again, defo worth the extra pennies, the flavour is amazing
