The coulibiac is a classic Russian recipe with delicious meat or fish topped or wrapped in layers of pastry. This frozen salmon coulibiac can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature and will provide four generous portions, or eight slices for a buffet. For a decadent feast, we recommend finishing with a creamy lobster or champagne sauce.

Large Coulibiac: Allow to defrost fully before baking. Remove all the packaging. Preheat the oven at 180C. Transfer to a greased baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Small Coulibiac: Allow to defrost fully before baking. Remove the film and wooden tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 180c for 25 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
